Why Workshops

Obviously, Horses can’t attend a weekly class, however teaching you the horse owner, trainer or groom how to practice Equine Pilates™ you can then bring the class to them several times a week. 

My Workshops offer a calm, friendly and positive environment where you will learn both how to perform the specific exercises, but, just as importantly, you’ll learn why you need to include them within your daily equine routine.

Horse owners, just like you, leave the Workshops full of confidence, enthusiasm and a wealth of new knowledge, ready to get started to help their horses live their best life.

Availability

Throughout the year, I offer in-person Workshops monthly between March and November at Equine Pilates™ HQ Worcestershire. (West Midlands)

I'm passionate about Pilates and have an approachable teaching style which makes for a great informative day, with plenty of individual attention and hands on practice. The programme is easy to learn, expect to leave feeling confident and empowered to use all the techniques and tips learnt, to bring the exceptional benefits of Equine Pilates™ to your own horses.
